Return Policy

Thank you for shopping Pineapple Vibes. Due to our products being made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please check the size charts before ordering to make that you are ordering the correct size as some shirts may run bigger or smaller than what you are used to.


If you receive a legitimately defective or damaged item, please email us at support@pineapplevibes.co within 7 days of receiving your order. We would hate for you to be stuck with a defective or damaged item.

We are not responsible for delayed or lost in transit packages by the shipping carrier. First, check your shipping confirmation and check that the correct address was entered. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the address was correct, while we will not be able to issue you a refund, please let us know by emailing us at support@pineapplevibes.co with your order number. We will look into the matter for you.
